Steps to Get Started with eMajor

Step 1 – Admission to 道尔顿状态 College

Please visit the 道尔顿状态 招生 resources page and follow the Admission steps. Once you are officially admitted to 道尔顿状态, email Holli古德温 or 安迪·迈耶 for additional information regarding the eMajor program. 

Step 2 – 道尔顿状态 Colegge eMajor Online Introduction Quiz

完成 eMajor Online Introduction Quiz (results may take 24-48 hours to process). Once the eMajor Introduction Quiz is processed you will receive a confirmation email in your 道尔顿状态 email.

Step 3 – 道尔顿状态 College eMajor Advisement

电子邮件 Holli古德温, your eMajor advisor, for academic advising, registration, and program planning.

Step 4 – 道尔顿状态 College eMajor Registration

在深思熟虑, you will be given registration information and released to self-register in myDaltonState. 

Step 5 – Watch for Your eMajor 欢迎 Letter

You will receive an eMajor welcome letter to your 道尔顿状态 email prior the beginning of the eMajor classes. The letter will contain eMajor login instructions, information on purchasing textbooks, and additional information.

Registration to eMajor Courses

In order to register as a 道尔顿状态 eMajor student, you must be officially admitted to 道尔顿状态, have completed the eMajor Online Introduction Quiz, and been released to self-register per instructions 1-4 at the 开始 page.

How to find eMajor courses and eMajor registration

  1. You may view the eMajor course schedule on the main eMajor website at the following link: http://emajor.usg.edu/courses/schedule.php
  2. You will need to find your desired class and the corresponding Course Reference Number (CRN) from the 道尔顿状态 “Class Schedule” via the 道尔顿状态 website.
  3. After determining your eMajor classes and obtaining the specific CRN, you can register for classes via 走鹃门户.

请注意: although you can view eMajor classes from the eMajor website, you will not be able to log into eMajor until a few days prior to the beginning of the semester.
